FUJITSU - PDS5003W_PDS5004W _ REMOVING PCBS



REMOVING VIDEO PCB

The video PCB can be removed without moving the rear case.  Remove 2 screws, and take out.



Pull out the video PCB unit.



Remove 5 screws from the video PCB unit.





REMOVING THE PFC PCB


  • Remove the rear case.
  • Remove 2 screws and PFC cover.




Disconnect the marked connectors.






Remove the 5 screws and PFC PCB.

REMOVING THE MAIN DIGITAL PCB

  • Remove the rear case.


Remove the video unit.






Remove the DC / DC PCB






Remove the 3 screws and I/O PCB






Remove the marked connectors.






Remove 12 screws and Main Digital Unit.






Remove the shield.






Turn over the Main Digital Board.






Remove the connection PCB

REMOVING PDP UNIT

Remove 28 screws and rear case.



Remove 5 screws and 2 connectors.



Remove the panel and PCB together from Front Case.  Lift the bottom of the Front Case.

REMOVING PDP UNIT


  • Disconnect circled connctors.
  • Remove the PFC PCB.





Remove 7 screws



Remove the 2 screws



Disconnect connectors.



Remove 4 fans.



Remove 15 screws



[view after only the PDP Unit removed.  Replace the parts which are already mounted correctly , when the PDP Unit is replace]

REMOVING THE AUDIO PCB

Remove the marked connectors.





Remove the 4 screws

REMOVING PANEL DRIVE PCB


  • Remove rear case.
  • Remove the marked connector.




Remove 6 screws and Panel Drive Power PCB.

REMOVING DATA DRIVE UPPER LEFT

  • Remove rear case.
  • Remove the fan and Saving Power PCB




Disconnect marked connectors.






Remove the 5 screws and Data Drive.






REMOVING DATA DRIVE UPPER CENTER

  • Remove rear case & fan as above.
  • Remove all connectors as above.

REMOVING DATA DRIVE : UPPER RIGHT PCB

  • Remove rear case.
  • Remove Saving Power PCB.
  • Remove marked connectors.

  • Remove 5 screws and Upper Right Data Drive PCB.

REMOVING LOWER RIGHT DATA DRIVE PCB.
  • Remove rear case
  • Remove the PFC PCB
  • Disconnect marked connectors.

  • Remove 8 screws.
  • Remove 2 screws.
  • Remove marked connector.
  • Remove one screw and Saving Power PCB.
  • Remove 4 screws and stand support.
  • Remove marked connectors.
  • Remove 5 screws and Lower Right Data Drive PCB.

REMOVING SCAN DRIVE _ UPPER _ LOWER


  • Remove rear case.
  • Remove 6 screws.


  • Disconnect marked connectors.
  • Disconnect 8 connectors marked.
  • [view after scan drive output; upper / lower PCB removed]


REMOVING THE SCAN DRIVE PCB

  • Remove rear case.
  • Remove the video unit.
  • Disconnect the marked connectors.
  • Remove 14 screws and shield frame.
  • Remove 6 screws and connector.
  • Remove 4 connectors.
  • Remove 9 screws and Scan Drive PCB


REMOVING SUSTAIN DRIVE PCB

  • Remove rear case.
  • Remove connectors at marked place.


  • Remove 6 screws and Sustain Drive PCB.

REMOVING THE SAVING POWER: UPPER RIGHT PCB.


  • Remove rear case.
  • Remove fan and marked connector.
  • Remove the 6 screws and Fan plinth.

  • Remove one screw and Saving Power Upper Right PCB.

REMOVING THE SAVING POWER: LOWER RIGHT PCB
  • Remove rear case.
  • Remove two screws.
  • Remove the connector.

  • Remove one screw and Saving Power Lower Right PCB.

REMOVING THE SAVING POWER:  UPPER LEFT PCB
  • Remove rear case.
  • Remove one screw and Saving Power Upper Left PCB.

REMOVING SAVING POWER LOWER LEFT PCB
  • Remove the rear case.
  • Remove one screw and Saving Power Lower Left PCB.

REMOVING POWER SUPPLY PCB
  • Remove rear case.
  • Remove fan.
  • Remove 3 screws
  • Disconnect the connectors.
  • Remove 9 screws and Power Supply PCB.

REMOVING THE DIGITAL PROCESS AND CONTROL PCB
  • Remove the rear cover.
  • Remove the Video Unit.
  • Disconnect the connectors.
