HOW TO ENTER SERVICE MODE TO SAMSUNG METALLICA CS-21C3 _ PLANO CS-21A8 KS-2A CHASSIS

If you have its factory remote control:

Press [PICTURE ON => DISPLAY => FACTORY]

If you haven't the factory remote control:

Press [STANDBY => DISPLAY => MENU => MUTE => POWER ON]

Service menu will be displayed.
To exit from service menu, power OFF the set.
