HOW TO UNLOCK A LOCKED RCA TELEVISION

To unlock RCA TVs you must have its original remote control.  A universal remote might not work for this purpose Try the following proceedings.  One among them will surely unlock your RCA TV. * Hold down the Menu button on the remote control, and Vol DN button on the front panel of the TV simoultaneously for about 5 seconds. The set won't say so, but the lock will be unlocked. ** Hold down the [0] Zero, button on the remote control, and Vol DN button on the front panel of the TV simoultaneously for about 5 seconds.  The Tv won't say so, but the lock will be unlocked. *** Hold down the Menu button on the front panel of the TV, and the "TV" button on the remote control simoultaneously for about 5 seconds. **** Hold down "Go Back' button on the remote control, and "Menu" button on the front panel of the TV simoultaneously for about 5 seconds. If your RCA is a combo one, try this. Hold down "Eject" button on the front panel of the TV, and Menu button on the remote control simoultaneously for about 5 seconds. One among the above method will unlock your TV.  You have to set the V-Chip password after unlock.
