TOOLS REQUIRED
DISASSEMBLE LAMP MODULE
- Remove Easy door Module.
- Unscrew two screws and then remove the Lamp Cover.
- Loosen three screws and remove the Lamp Module.
DISASSEMBLE REAR COVER AND POWER SUPPLY MODULE
Unscrew Ten screws, and then remove the Rear Cover.
Unscrew four screws, and unscrew one screw, unscrew eight screws, unplug 9 connectors to remove the Power Supply Module.
Unscrew four tenons to remove the Ballast from LVPS
SYSTEM FAN REMOVAL [XHD4 MODEL]
Unscrew two screws to remove System Fan.
SYSTEM FAN REMOVAL [HD4 MODEL]
Unscrew 3 screws [step-1], unscrew 5 screws [step 2&3], unplug 17 connectors {XHD4} | 16 connectors {HD4}, to remove Main Board Module.
Lossen 4 tenons to remove Amplifier Board from Main Board Module.
Unscrew 14 screws , 2 hex screws, to remove main board cover from the Main Board Module.
Unscrew two screws to remove Cable Card Accessory [For HXD4 models only]
Unscrew two nuts and five screws to remove Tuner Board.
Lossen two tenons to remove Audio Board.
Unscrew 4 hex and 2 screws, 5 screws & five screws to remove main board.
Disconnect 3 connectors and unscrew two screws from the rear side of the TV.
Unscrew four screws to remove the front cover. NOTE: Use star type screwdriver.
Unscrew two screws to remove the holding parts.
Remove four covers from the top of the TV first, and remove four screws after, then the screen can be removed.
To prevent the damage, use a sponge to support the screen. Inside of the screen is brighter than the outside.
To gently remove the Engine Module, cover the Lens with Lens Cover to preventing damage.
Unscrew one screw to remove Thermal Sensor.
Unscrew three screws to remove Engine Fan
DISASSEMBLE SPEAKER MODULE & KEYPAD
Unscrew eight screws and loosen four connectors to remove Speaker Module.
To remove keypad, unscrew four screws and a connector.
