SHARP ATOMIC WALL CLOCK TIME SETTING

Atomic clocks are the perfect timekeeper. They receive a radio signal that automatically synchronizes them to one of the atomic clocks maintained by the US Government, so they are always correct, down to second, with no need to provide other adjustments. However, because the clocks are located in different time zones, with different local laws for Daylight Saving Time, some additional configuration is required.

Insert batteries into the clock, and verify the proper functioning of the display.
Set the correct Time Zone and DST [Daylight Saving Time] switches. The switches are on the back of this clock.
Select EST if you are in Eastern Standard Time, CST if you are in Central Standard Time, MST if you are in Mountain Standard Time or PST if you are in Pacific Standard Time.
The DST selector should be set to "Off" or "On" depending on the lows of your state.
Wait [15] minutes. The clock should synchronize automatically.
To set the clock manually using the buttons on its back panel if the clock does not catch radio signals within the first 15 minutes. Push the correct button to advance the month/day/year on the calender, use the Mode Button to set hour and minute.
The clock should adjust itself within 48 hours to match the atomic signal. Verify that if the clock is receiving the signal by checking the front display. Should show the image of a tower with circular lines at the top
