SONY - KDL-32EX320_KDL-37EX320_KDL-40EX320_KDL-55EX320_KDL-60EX320_Procedure to remove LCD panel from the Bezel assembly

  • Take off Bracket Panel
  • Take off Bracket Panel by pushing Bezel Hook.  
  • Take off LED board to assist with tape peel off.

  • Put the hand between the Bezel and the Panel from side, pull panel up and push down the Bezel.
  • Move hands along, peeling off tape, pull up and push down near the tape as you go along. To peel off the double sided tape between the Bezel ass'y and the panel, push Bezel down and pull panel up.  To prevent breaking the panel it is prohibited to push the panel from the front.
