SHARP LC-20AD5E - LC-26AD5E - LC-32AD5E - LOSS OF DTV CHANNLES - ON-SCREEN MESSAGE "DATABASE EMPTY"
FAULT SYMPTOM: Loss of DTV channels, and the message "Database Empty" as on-screen display.
POSSIBLE CAUSE: DTV data corruption.
STEPS: Update the Main, NVM and DTV
firmware to latest versions. Failure to update all firmware together
