Reset Instructions (2010-2011)
If your LG magic remote no longer works with your TV, chances are that it will just need to be reset:
Press and hold {OK} and {Mute} buttons for 5 seconds.
Power light should blink to indicate reset successful.
Now point the remote close to the TV and press {OK} - the TV should indicate that the remote has been re-paired.
Reset Instructions (2012 Onwards)
Press and hold {Smart} or {Home} and {Back} buttons for 5 seconds.
Power light should blink to indicate reset successful.
Now point the remote close to the TV and press {OK} - the TV should indicate that the remote has been re-paired.
