The following explanations are only for the panel code LTJ400HM05-V. Absolutely useless on different panels and t-con cards.
PROBLEM -------> The image is flickering and double showing / vibrating vertically:
REPAIR PROCEDURE:
In this panel, the t-con card is located on the panel board. So there is no external t-con card on the TV. On the left and right sides of the panel card, there are inscriptions showing through which pins the GATE signals are transferred to the panel.
What you need to do is to prevent the signals indicated by these pictures from being transferred to the panel!
As explained in other pictures on other posts; In whichever of the signals you cut sequentially, the image is improved, reconnect all other signals except that signal.
If the image has not improved even after you interrupted the signal transmission, reconnect the lines you cut and perform the same procedure on the other side of the panel.
