- SAMSUNG UE65MU6400U does not turn on, the indicators on the front panel are not lit or blinking. TV does not respond to the control buttons and remote control.

For twin 6-volt LEDs the PN junction of its faulty regulator can be a good indicator. If the LED is faulty, its regulator will either be open or shorted.
- LED on the front panel is blinking, the TV set does not turn on in the working mode, the remote control is unresponsive.
Repair or diagnostic of the motherboard BN41-02568B should begin with checking the stabilizers and power converters needed to power the chips and matrix. The screens of LED TVs that are flooded or poorly washed can be repaired in about half of the cases, usually if there is no significant damage to the cables and panel bars.
Before replacing the BN40-00331A tuner if there is no tuning to the channels it is necessary to check the software and the supply voltage on its pins. Also make sure that the tuner and the processor can communicate via the I2C bus.
