- The unit is set to the optimum at the time of shipment from the factory.
- If any value should become improper or any adjustment is necessary due to the part replacement, make an adjustment according to the following procedure.
- Before replacing the relevant part, procure the following parts in which the data have been rewritten.
By key-unit.
- Unplug the AC power cord.
- Press and hold “V-” and “à[ ]” keys, simultaneously, and then plug the AC power cord.
- “K” appears on the screen.
- Press and hold “V-” and “P-” keys, simultaneously.
- “SHARP FACTORY MENU” appears.
- Unplug the AC power cord to exit of adjustments process.
By own R/C
- Turn on the TV set.
- Press “à[ ]”,”2”,”5”, “8”, “0” (the time is limited to 5 sec. approx., for enter this code).
- “SHARP FACTORY MENU” appears.
- Press “OK” on lines 5 ~ 12 to go to sub-menu.
- Press “MENU” to return to main menu.
- Press “END” to exit of adjustments mode.

- “ADC ADJUST” menu appears.
- Press “▼” until selecting “ADJUST” option.
- Press “►”until selecting “Internal Signal”.
- Press “▲”until selecting “MODE” option.
- Press “►”until selecting “RGB”.
- Press “▼” until selecting “AUTO ADC” option.
- Press “►”, the adjustment starts.
- “SUCCESS” appears when the adjustments finish.
- Exit of Service mode.
COMPONENTS ADC
- Enter in Service mode.
- Press “▼” until selecting “ADC ADJUST” option.
- Press “OK”.
- “ADC ADJUST” menu appears.
- Press “▼” until selecting “ADJUST” option.
- Press “►”until selecting “Internal Signal”.
- Press “▲”until selecting “MODE” option.
- Press “►”until selecting “YPbPr(SD)” or “YPbPr(HD)”
- Press “▼” until selecting “AUTO ADC” option.
- Press “►”, the adjustment starts.
- “SUCCESS” appears when the adjustments finish. Note: both SD and HD are adjusted.
- Exit of Service mode.
