ACER - AT 3201W LCD TV DISASSEMBLE PROCEDURE

REMOVING WALL MOUNT ASS'Y
- Remove 16 screws securing the back cover.
- Remove back cover.
- Remove 8 screws securing the wall mount ass'y.
- Remove another 8 screws securing the wall mount aa'y.
- Remove the four screw nuts securing the wall mount as shown.
- Lift the wall mount 'Up' and slide it out.
REMOVING POWER BOARD
- Disconnect cables from power board.
- Remove 3 screws securing power board.
- Remove other 3 screws securing the power board.
REMOVING AUDIO BOARD AND MAIN BOARD
- Disconnect all cables connected to audio board.
- Remove the 4 screws securing the audio board.
- Remove audio board.
- Remove 2 screws securing the main board.
- Remove the other 4 screws securing the main board.
- Detach main board from the unit.
REMOVING THE INTERFACE BOARD.
- Remove 3 screws securing the button board wireclip.
- Remove the three screws securing the button board.
- Turn over the button & disconnected the cables connected to button board and remove the button board.
- Remove 2 screws securing the earphone board.
- Remove the earphone board.
- Remove the button key.
- Remove power lens.
- Remove IR lens.
- Remove 2 screws securing the left LCD bracket.
- Remove 2 screws securing the right LCD bracket.
- Remove 16 screws securing LCD module.
- Remove LCD module from the unit.
- Remove 2 screws securing the chassis middle.
- Remove other screw securing the chassis middle.
- Disconnect cable.
- Remove the chassis middle.
- Remove the 3 screws securing the left and right LCD bracket.
REMOVING THE TV STAND MODULE
- Remove the four screws securing the TV stand cover.
- Remove TV stand cover.
- Remove the 6 screws securing TV stand module.
- Remove TV stand module.
- Remove the two screws securing the I/O box.
- Remove the I/O box.
- Remove two screws securing media box.
- Remove media box.
REMOVING SPEAKERS
- Remove 3 screws securing left speaker.
- Disconnect left speaker.
- Remove left speaker.
- Remove 3 screws securing right speaker.
- Disconnect right speaker.
- Remove right speaker.
- Remove 8 screws securing the speaker rear cover.
- Remove the speaker rear cover.
- Remove 4 screws securing the speaker front cover.
- Remove the speaker front cover.
REMOVING SYSTEM FAN
- There will be a vent and mylar decoration on the new wall mount.
- The screws for securing the fan cover will be shorter.
