If no voltage output, the circuit may not oscillate, to see whether ZD4 voltage of about 10V, D2, D1, D3, C12 is damaged, C13, R11 is deterioration or open circuit, or a regulator circuit or the protection circuit fault. Temporarily to R69, R92 do not disconnect, so regulators have lost function and protection circuits, and then whether the voltage on the power test C51.
