Lamp
It
is a light source that emits a visible beam with a high power inverter.
Utilizase CCFL (Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp).
LGP Light guide Panel (Panel guide light)
Is
produced in the method Injection Mold, acrylic (PMMA). Reflects the
light source receive. dissipate the light source homogeneously.
Lamina Reflector
It is a guide panel made of PET, has function to reflect the light to reduce the loss of source received light to guide panel.
Diffuser
Down (Layer Diffusor)
It
is made mainly PET and acrylic resin. Diffuses the light source homogeneously
and it also has function of concentration of light.
Prism Lower
It is made mainly PET and acrylic resin. regularly form an image prism, thereby concentrating the light.
Increases the brightness by 1:55 times greater than the surface Diffusers.
Prisma
Higher
Has
Same function with Lower Prisma and increases by 1:33 times the brightness in
compared to the surface of Superior Prism.
The
Prisms must be crossed, in order to focus the lights of the X and Y axes,
respectively.
Diffuser Up (protective film)
has Same structure with Diffuser Down and its main purpose is to protect the prism, by this is called as Protector Film.
Uses
mainly diffusers' with high filterability. This brings some loss of
light concentrated by Prisma Superior, but is used to minimize failure
due to characteristic of the prism.
Tools needed
Use of Jig and always necessary to facilitate technician to identify defect, and confirms what should be really changed.
The
use of suction cup is extremely necessary, when we work with over 42 screens
Inches.
It
is easier to remove and reduces possibility of breaking the screen.
Protection
of access to the flats (B.A)
For
LC420DUE.ABGA4 module model. should follow the following steps
Remove
the following screws, as shown below
Removing
protective plate T-Con.
First
step is to remove the metal protection TCON board. as the screens follow.
Loosen
the screws
Remove
the T-Con. with flats
Remember
the screws are different from the others and not They can be placed in another
local.
We
should always be careful when removing the flat.
Never
remove with flat with the connected device.
When
fitting, make sure that its terminals are not jammed.
Centralize
and the flat before locking it.
Remove
the top frieze (Frame)
To
remove the upper Friso (frame), the module LC420DUE.ABGA4
We
must loosen the following screws, as shown below.
See
that there is 11 screws on the side and top (superb thread screws).
In
the bottom of only 3 screws (fine thread)
Loosen
all screws and remove the frame.
Withdrawal of the side rails (frame-less modules)
Some modules have to remove the and also the frame side rails.
As an example the figure shown.
Board
Assy (B.A)
After
removing the upper frieze LC420DUE.ABGA4 module
Unhook
the side plates of the Board Assy (BA)
With
the help of Ventosa, set in (B.A) erga removing carefully.
Now
let's take the support grill (B.A)
For
this we will use a spatula to unlock the grid fits with care that it is not
damaged.

Withdrawal
of Prisms
In
the figure below shows the layout of the diffuser filters.
It
is advisable to keep them together so that no dirt residues between them.
Always
wear gloves so that it do not get fat brands or other products.
Remove
the diffuser filters.
Remember
to keep together.
Do
not allow them to become exposed to sunlight directly
Do
not get water residue or other products.
Support
towers withdrawal
After
removing all the light, remove the support towers.
These
towers are responsible for fixing the reflector plate and support the diffuser
plates.
To
release them unlock the bottom of the panel.
The
towers may have various shapes and forms
Always
take care not to pull the reflective hold the towers.

Withdrawal of Reflector
After removing all the light, the reflective strip
