V-LINEARITY
Change vertical linearity by pressing "◄/►" buttons till all the sizes of squares of test pattern become in equal size from the top of the screen to its bottom of the whole screen. Check and re-adjust LINRT item, if adjustment item becomes improper after some other geometric adjustments are done; especially other than S-CORR adjustment. [set value is - 32. May differ set to set]
EW-WIDTH
Change EW width by pressing "◄/►" buttons till no under-scan condition will happen, i.e, no white bars on the left and right side of the test pattern will be visible nor picture will be so wide. Check and re-adjust H-SIZE item if the adjustment become improper after some other geometric adjustments are done. [EW for 16:9=48; for 4:3=18. approx]
HOR SHIFT
Change Horizontal Shift by pressing "◄/►" buttons till the test pattern is horizontally in equal distance both right and left side of the picture tube. Check and re-adjust horizontal shift item if the adjustment become improper after some other geometric adjustments are done. [31].
EW PARAB
Change the EW parabola by pressing the buttons stated above till vertical lines close to the both sided of the picture frame become parallel to vertical sides of the picture tube, without any bending to left or right side of the screen. Check and re-adjust this item if the adjustment become improper after some other geometric adjustments are done.
TRAPEZ
Change Trapezium by using the above stated buttons, till vertical lines, especially lines at the sides of the picture frame became parallel to both sides of the picture tube as close as possible. Check and re-adjust this item, if adjustment become improper after some other geometric adjustments have been done.
UC PARAB
Change the upper correction by using the buttons stated above, till vertical lines at the upper corners of the picture tube frame become vertical and parallel to vertical corner sides of the picture tube. Check and re-adjust this item, if adjustments become improper after some other geometric adjustments have been done.
LC PARAB
Change the lower correction by using the buttons stated above itself, till vertical lines at the lower corners of the picture frame become vertical and parellel to vertical corner sides of the picture tube. Check and re-adjust this item too.
H BOW
Change horizontal Bow by pressing the buttons stated above till the vertical lines, especially one close to the left and right sides will of equal and symmetrical bending. i.e, they together will neither be towards left side nor right side. Check and readjust this item if necessary.
WBF
A wide blanking pulse can be activated in the RGB outputs by means of HBL bit in subaddress 43H. The start of this blanking can be adjusted by means of the WBF [typical value is 10].
WBR
Do the same adjustment as stated above.
ROT
This adjustment only works when the TV has rotation option. Change Tilt by pressing "? / ?" buttons to rotate the complete raster clockwise and counter clockwise depending on the CRT. Check and re-adjust TRAPEZ item if adjustment become improper after some other geometric adjustments have been done.
OIF
This control is intended to correct DC offset in the IF_PLL to improve the S/N ratio of inter carrier sound signal. [32].
IF
The IF-PLL demodlulator uses an internal voltage control oscillator which is calibrated by means of a digital control circuit which uses the clock frequency of the m-controller as a reference.
