SAMSUNG LE32C450E1
General repair guidelines for TV LCD
Repair of a SAMSUNG LE32C450E1 TV is advisable to start with a careful external examination of all its constituent elements, both internal and external. Inspection is also subject to body elements, control buttons, screen, connectors and cords. It often happens that some damage to elements or connections will help determine the direction of troubleshooting and localization of the defect. In most cases, the repairman can guess the causes of the defect and possible consequences by the characteristic signs of typical TV defects, for example, ring cracks formed in the soldering of element outputs, swollen rectifier filter capacitors, charred resistors and other circuit elements.
In the case when the LE32C450E1 does not turn on, does not respond to the remote control and buttons on the front panel, does not blink lights and does not show any signs of operability, most likely in this case the power supply module is faulty. In this case, first of all, it is necessary to check the fuse at the input of the network. If it is broken, then you should check for breakdown of the PN junctions of the rectifier bridge diodes and the key transistor of the N-FET converter, which can either be on a separate radiator or integrated with a PWM controller in a common chip. Possible options.
If a breakdown of the power switch of the flyback converter of the power supply unit is detected, it should be remembered that it does not fail for no reason, which should be sought by checking other elements of the primary circuit - electrolytic capacitors, a PWM controller that can only be checked by replacement, as well as others semiconductor elements (diodes, transistors, zener diodes).
If the power module uses an active KKM circuit (power factor control), troubleshooting is somewhat more complicated.
If there is no image when you turn on the SAMSUNG LE32C450E1, or it appears for a second and disappears completely, but there is sound, most likely either the backlight or their power converter (inverter) are faulty. It is necessary to check the electrolytic capacitors of the filter of the secondary rectifiers in the general power supply unit.
Repairing the SS1320-4UH01 REV0.3 inverter is difficult because in case of any malfunction or abnormal situation, even if the lamps are unevenly worn, protection is triggered, which turns it off for fire safety. Diagnostics become impossible and protection needs to be disabled.
In such cases, the risk of failure of the power elements of the inverter is most likely, and special care is required during operations, and after their completion, it is necessary to restore the protection circuit for further safe operation of the TV by the owner in normal mode.
If the motherboard BN41-01536B is faulty, first of all it is necessary to check all the linear power regulators of its chips and, if necessary, update the software. Sometimes you can check the health of MB only by replacement. If it is not possible to replace the MB board (SSB), you need to check the health of its elements - WT61P802, SEMS18, LVC244A, LVC245A, NTP-7300S, DRV604, Z1031AI, FDS4435, Tuner: BN40-00202A. Defective components should be replaced.
It should be remembered! Attempts to repair the SAMSUNG LE32C450E1 TV, in the absence of the necessary qualifications and experience, are categorically not recommended and are fraught with negative consequences, up to the complete non-repairability of the device!

PSU Advanced
The LE32C450E1 TV is equipped with a BN44-00338D power module using the PFC (Power Factor Correction) scheme acting as an active filter to eliminate the higher harmonic components of the current consumption. The boost converter based on the FAN7530 PWM controller does not allow the electrolytic capacitor of the input rectifier filter to be connected to the network directly through open diodes, when the reactance (about 15-30 ohms at a frequency of 50 Hz) determines the charge current. As a result of the conversion, the charging current of the capacitor will be determined in such a way that the envelope of the high-frequency pulses of the input current will repeat the phase and shape of the sine wave of the input voltage. The health check of the PFC unit is carried out by measuring the DC voltage on the capacitor of the rectifier network. In operating mode, it should be around 380V, in standby approximately 300V.
The appearance of the power supply
Main features of the SAMSUNG LE32C450E1 device:
Installed matrix (LCD panel) LTF320AP08.
The matrix control uses the Timing Controller (T-CON) 320AP08S4LV0.3.
The SS1320-4UH01 inverter is used to power the backlight lamps, it is controlled by the SSI091ASN PWM controller. A transformer LT-U2632 is installed in the inverter converter. As power elements of the inverter, keys of the AOD4186 type are used.
The necessary supply voltages for all nodes of the SAMSUNG LE32C450E1 TV are generated by the BN44-00338D power module or its analogs using FSFR1700US, FAN7530 (PFC), STR-A6052M (Standby) microcircuits and 13N60N, MDS1653 power switches.
MainBoard - the main board (motherboard) is a BN41-01536B module, using microchips WT61P802, SEMS18, LVC244A, LVC245A, NTP-7300S, DRV604, Z1031AI, FDS4435 and others.
The tuner BN40-00202A provides the reception of television programs and tuning to channels.

If you go into the profession, you will obtain or have access to a variety of tech tips databases HERE IT IS Master Electronics Repair !.
These are an excellent investment where the saying: 'time-is-money' rules. However, to learn, you need to develop a general troubleshooting approach - a logical, methodical, method of narrowing down the problem. A tech tip database might suggest: 'Replace C536' for a particular symptom. This is good advice for a specific problem on one model. However, what you really want to understand is why C536 was the cause and how to pinpoint the culprit in general even if you don't have a service manual or schematic and your tech tip database doesn't have an entry for your sick TV or VCR.
While schematics are nice, you won't always have them or be able to justify the purchase for a one-of repair. Therefore, in many cases, some reverse engineering will be necessary. The time will be well spent since even if you don't see another instance of the same model in your entire lifetime, you will have learned something in the process that can be applied to other equipment problems.
As always, when you get stuck, checking out a tech-tips database may quickly identify your problem and solution. In that case, you can greatly simplify your troubleshooting or at least confirm a diagnosis before ordering parts.
