Abnormal Netflix Operation
* Netflix App freezes.
* Netflix App plays for a while, and then exits out to the TV source by itself.

Do Not Change any parts.
> Update the TV Software to the latest version.
Make sure to download the S/W file from SAMSUNG.COM
> Verify the Netflix version in View Details, and then reinstall the application if needed. Refer to Image 1 and Image 2.
> Go to SmartHub > Apps > My Apps. Highlight Netflix, and then press and hold the Enter button on the remote for 3 seconds
> Select View Details to check the Netflix version number and then select reinstall to update/reinstall the application if needed.
A Sound Bar or A/V receiver connected to the TV does not play audio when the TV is playing video from a streaming application.
* The TV speaker has sound.
* The Sound Bar or A/V receiver has sound when the TV is set to a different source including HDMI, but fails to play sound when the TV is playing video from a streaming application such as Netflix.
* The streaming application is outputting Dolby Digital sound. If the Sound Bar or A/V receiver doesn’t support Dolby Digital or DTS, the Sound Bar or receiver will not play the audio.

Change the Audio Format in the TV’s menu to PCM while playing video from the video streaming application.
> Play the video from the video streaming application.
> Go to Menu > Sound > Additional Settings and change the Audio Format to PCM.

You can update your TV’s software by downloading the update from the Internet directly to your TV or copying the update from a USB device that contains it to your TV.
> This function requires an Internet connection.
> Save the update package in the USB device's top-level folder. Otherwise, the TV will not be able to locate the update package.
CAUTION: DO NOT turn off the TV’s power until the update is complete. The TV will turn off and on automatically
after completing the software update. All video and audio settings return to the default settings after a software update.

1. Apply the NTSC Lattice (N0. 3) pattern signal to the AV IN 1 port.
2. Press the Source key to switch to “AV1” mode.
3. Enter Service mode.
4. Select the “ADC” menu.
5. Select the “AV Calibration” menu.
6. In “AV Calibration Off” status, press the “► ” key to perform Calibration.
7. When Calibration is complete, it returns to the high-level menu.
8. You can see the change of the “AV Calibration” status from Failure to Success.
